We also install bathroom fans and highly recommend either the Broan Ultra Silent (see page 14 of the PDF. file) Nutone or the Panasonic all of which are excellent choices.  Some of these fans come with a number of options including night light, room light and heat lamps.

Whole house and attic ventilation fans are also a common request.  A whole house fan will purge the entire house drawing cooler air from the shady side and exhaust through the vents in the attic. An attic fan will keep the attic considerably cooler thereby reducing the heat buildup in the top floor of the living space.  Although these installations are much more involved and require the help of an experienced carpenter, we have many excellent craftsmen that we work with on a daily basis.
