You may like to have that new shape (16:9 aspect ratio) TV and get the digital or hi-def signal with a surround-sound system.  For musical sound, you might really like to have the option of listening to your old records, tapes, CDs, radio and maybe MP3s from the computer in not only the den but also selectable with volume control in multiple rooms.
